Add my business to google account12/10/2023 GenAI has the potential to be power tools for WINS work. Software programmers, accountants, and marketing professionals are WINS workers. Heart surgeons and chefs are knowledge workers but not WINS workers. Our case studies, based on our growing global community of over 3,000 GenAI practitioners, point to a new category of work, more precise and actionable than “knowledge work.” We call it WINS Work: the places where tasks, functions, possibly your entire company or industry are dependent on the manipulation and interpretation of Words, Images, Numbers, and Sounds (WINS). In taking this view, however, leaders may also need to adjust what they’re looking for. Here, leaders can find the immediate opportunities and threats from GenAI that firms face today. That is why we also recommend looking at GenAI through the bottom lens, and taking in what’s directly ahead. While this view is important, we have heard over and over that it’s not helpful to executives and board members because it’s difficult to translate from the generic insight that millions of jobs will be impacted to what it means for their businesses today. Through the top lens, one sees the long view of big, looming issues, such as accuracy, privacy, and bias, as well as GenAI’s potential impact on “knowledge workers” and even economy-wide job losses and societal risks. Tip: If you decide that you want to disconnect your website from the business listing again, you will find this option if you select Business listing in the settings in Website Builder. To best understand generative AI (GenAI), look at it through bifocal lenses.

Spellcaster university12/9/2023 Ancient witchcraft in the Near East intertwined mysticism with nature through rituals and incantations aligned with local beliefs. Witchcraft's historical evolution in the Middle East reveals a multi-phase journey influenced by culture, spirituality, and societal norms. He that plunged into the river shall take possession of the house of him who laid the spell upon him. If the holy river declares him innocent and he remains unharmed the man who laid the spell shall be put to death. If the holy river overcome him and he is drowned, the man who put the spell upon him shall take possession of his house. If a man has put a spell upon another man and it is not justified, he upon whom the spell is laid shall go to the holy river into the holy river shall he plunge. It will be sufficient to quote a short section from the Code of Hammurabi (about 2000 BC). Both in ancient Egypt and in Babylonia it played a conspicuous part, as existing records plainly show. The belief in magic and its practice seem to have been widespread in the past. Overall, witchcraft beliefs and practices in Asia vary widely across cultures, reflecting historical, religious, and social contexts. The Philippines has its own tradition of witches, distinct from Western portrayals, with their practices often countered by indigenous shamans. Korean history includes instances of individuals being condemned for using spells. Japanese folklore features witch figures who employ foxes as familiars. In Chinese culture, the practice of " Gong Tau" involves black magic for purposes such as revenge and personal gain. The stories from this region echo the complex interplay between traditional beliefs, societal structures, and the struggle for justice.Įast Asia adds to this intricate tapestry with its diverse witchcraft traditions. These deeply entrenched superstitions have perpetuated acts of violence and marginalization against those accused of witchcraft, underlining the urgent need for legal reforms and human rights protections to counter these alarming trends. Shifting focus to South Asia, a darker narrative takes center stage, revealing the grim reality of witch-hunting and the abuse of women in countries like India and Nepal. In the Middle East, references to magic can be found in the Torah, where witchcraft is condemned due to its association with belief in magic, as it is within other Abrahamic religions. In ancient times, magic played a significant role in societies such as ancient Egypt and Babylonia, as evidenced by historical records. Will a stack of Thaumaturge's lead to unravelling them? Just what are they and what does it take to get them? Are they worth the struggle? I hope to find out.Asian witchcraft encompasses various types of witchcraft practices across Asia. Just how far this stacking effect goes is as of yet unknown, but the possibilities are too profound to ignore.Īnd that leaves just 3 unknown Rare Futures. And the more times you get this future, the more random magic a student will start with. Such a future means that ALL new students come with some progress in a random magic. HOWEVER, where I consider the Archimage future mostly useless it's quite the opposite with a Thaumaturge. If my theory is correct a student will need at least level 1 in ALL magic to have a chance at this future. Thaumaturge is much rarer than an Archimage. With a 2.5% boost to mana gains by students when studying I haven't had much need by the time I've gotten one. Sadly this is not an overly useful future, at least from my point of view. Indeed, this seems highly plausible even as the futures board in the Directors Officer claims there are no conditions for this. So, just what are the Rare Futures for students and what are the best theories for getting them? Here, I hope we're able to unravel the mysteries.Īrchimage has given rise to the theory that you'll need a student with level 5 in 4 different magics.

Nike 720 air max12/9/2023 (The jury’s still out as to whether one can comfortably run with a heel-hump.) Nike, however, claims to have been designing with a bigger agenda in mind than the Shoreditch runway. It’s also got the tallest sole yet seen on a Nike shoe, at a mighty 38mm, and has a “booty bump” at the rear of the sole that’s become the hallmark of chunky runners, from Balenciaga to adidas and Fila. Stylistically, it draws on the 270 (arguably Nike’s first purely street/fashion shoe), the Air Max 360, and the now-retired Lunarlon – perhaps with some Zaha Hadid-style swooping curves for good measure. Without an in-hand sample to study, we can only say that the 720 appears at first glance to be a response to the gone-through-sensible-and-come-out-the-other-side dadcore trend still gripping footwear designs. All of which leads us to Nike’s next step in Air technology – a seemingly single, foot-sized, uncaged loop of air. It’s worth noting that the 97’s replacement, the Plus (or Tuned) 98, featured a chunky cage sole containing small Air units from toe to heel – an innovation that has led to 2017’s VapourMax, which covered the entire sole in uncaged bubbles, meaning the Air unit became the sole itself. It may not have been a single bubble, but the idea stuck, and a line can be drawn directly between the 97 and the full-sole Air unit of the Air Max 2009, which took Nike closer to its inflatable dream. Colour Shown: Bleached Coral/Pure Platinum/Summit White Style: AR9293-603 View Product Details. The shoe also features crisp white laces and plastic designs on the. This Air Max 720 version features an upper made largely from mesh rendered within a triple white palette and a semi triangular motive on both sides, also in white color. The pink one at the top is from the Air Max 270 Nike The Nike Air Max 720 goes bigger than ever before with Nikes tallest Air unit yet, which offers more air underfoot for unimaginable, all-day comfort. The Nike Air Max 720 Pure Platinum arrives in pure platinum in a clean colorway. A variety of Air units found in Nike's current line-up.

Apple store hours southpark mall12/9/2023 The mall did not face any real competition until the two-story Eastland Mall was built about 6 miles (10 km) northeast. A strip mall opened behind Sears in June 1970 with a Colonial Stores grocery store (later a Big Star food market, then acquired by Harris Teeter in the 1980s) and the SouthPark Cinemas I & II. The inspiration for the mall's original architecture reportedly was Dallas' NorthPark Center. The mall had approximately 1,000,000 square feet (93,000 m 2) when it opened, and the design of the shopping mall was starkly modernist, with an underground parking deck, a signature white brick facade, and tinted windows. The mall was developed by the Belk and Ivey families, owners of the eponymous department stores, who jointly owned and operated the mall, and included a Sears store as a complement due to its focus on housewares. Many people were skeptical about a big shopping mall in the middle of pastureland. The area where SouthPark is today was considered to be on the outskirts of Charlotte at the time it opened. SouthPark opened on February 12, 1970, with anchor stores Belk, Ivey's, and Sears. The Transit Center is located between Belk and Dillard's. SouthPark Mall is also the home of the SouthPark Community Transit Center, which opened in 2004, which serves the CATS bus lines 19, 29, 30, and 57. The mall is visited by more than 12 million visitors a year. SouthPark is the most congested shopping area in the United States during Black Friday weekend. It is the 10th largest on the East Coast and is the 28th largest in the United States. With 1,688,480 square feet (160,000 m 2), It is one of the most profitable malls in the country with sales at over $700 per square foot. The mall is located approximately five miles (8 km) south of Uptown Charlotte, at the corner of Sharon and Fairview Roads. SouthPark is an upscale shopping mall in the affluent SouthPark neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina. Yesterday, Apple also announced a September 16th remodeling closure for Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade.4400 Sharon Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, United Statesġ with partial lower level (2 in Dick's Sporting Goods, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom, 3 in Dillard's and all Parking Garages, 4 in Belk) Today marks the first day of renovations at Apple Waterside Shops in Naples, Florida. Since SouthPark is North Carolina’s largest mall, the store has received consistent attention and updates throughout the years.Īs one store opens, another temporarily closes. The original space opened on May 25, 2004. In May of 2013, Apple completed a significant expansion in the mall, moving from a smaller storefront. Today’s expansion isn’t the first time SouthPark has seen a new Apple store. Residents who’ve visited the modernized Apple Crabtree Valley Mall will be instantly familiar with the layout of the new store. While construction was underway, customers needed to rely on the nearby Northlake Mall location for support and service. Renovations took just over four months to complete, during which crews replaced every visible surface and fixture in the space to be consistent with Apple’s current indoor mall store aesthetic guidelines. Apple’s previous store at SouthPark was limited to tables for training and support anchored by smaller portable forum displays. The full Today at Apple experience begins with a floor-to-ceiling video wall for hosting sessions and a forum dotted with modular seating. With only five locations across the entire state including the relic Apple Southpoint, today’s expansion is significant for customers in surrounding areas. The first was Raleigh’s Crabtree Valley Mall store, which opened last December. The new Apple SouthPark is the second Apple store in North Carolina to offer the full Today at Apple experience and most modern retail design. This morning at 11:00 A.M., Apple opened its redesigned retail store in Charlotte, North Carolina’s SouthPark Mall.
